LPN and RN-Charge Nurses- Sign on Bonus up to $1500

Mennonite Village is a well-respected CCRC in Oregon's beautiful Mid-Willamette Valley that provides life-enriching services to people of all faiths and beliefs. We are currently seeking LPN/RN Charge Nurses. Our facility cares for post-acute care patients, hospice patients, and residents who reside at the facility. Residents admit with a variety of skilled nursing needs including pain management, management of peripheral IVs, management of central lines and infusions, wound and skin assessment and care including management of wound vacs, administration of medications including injectable. Variable shifts available. Sign on Bonus up to $1500.
