Move in Counselor

 

Our campus has recently expanded due to several new multi-level facilities being built. We are looking to fill the key role of a Personalization and Move in Counselor.

 

Friendsview is looking for a qualified individual to provide support to future residents as they seek more information about their future residency, and as they request customizations to their homes. This person would support retention goals throughout the sales and move-in process, assist with the responsibilities of the move-in process from pre-move to post-move, serve as the liaison between the future resident and third party providers, as well as keeping current records of all leads and prospects.

 

To be considered for this role, the individual must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, as well as having at least two years of face-to-face customer service experience. Having experience with the aging services industry, or working with older adults, is not required but is preferred. A combination of relevant education, training and experience may be substituted for degree as long as the employee can competently perform the essential functions of the position.

 

Starting Wages: $27.50-30.25/hr DOE
