Position Overview:
Mary's Woods, a premier senior living community, is seeking a dedicated and flexible Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Float to provide compassionate care across all four of our Health Services neighborhoods. This role ensures the general well-being of residents by offering physical and emotional support, adapting to various neighborhood dynamics as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Upholds resident rights and individual care plans.
- Provides daily care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Assists with mobility and promotes resident independence.
- Documents and reports changes in resident status.
- Prepares residents for activities and appointments.
- Maintains infection control procedures and uses PPE as necessary.
- Supports Resident Care Coordinator and Nurse Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Active Oregon CNA license with 2 years of experience.
- Experience in memory care, assisted living, and RCF settings.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Food Handlers cards (within 90 days of hire).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Work Environment:
- Varied settings, both indoors and outdoors.
- Exposure to potential hazards requiring safety precautions.
- Flexibility to work changing schedules and varying neighborhood assignments.

Compensation:
- Starting at $24.00/hour
