Madrona Grove Supportive Living at Rose Villa is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Director of Nursing (RN) to provide leadership and day-to-day management of our long-term care community.

The Director of Nursing has a team of supportive colleagues – the best staffing coordinator team imaginable, an experienced Resident Care Manager team, long-tenured CNAs and Nurses, and an involved Administrator (among other excellent staff). Madrona Grove is a 2-years-young building that was built with a focus on resident quality of life and creating a beautiful home that people are proud to live or work in.
This is a hands-on Director of Nursing position, meaning that the Director of Nursing must find it essential to their success and happiness to be involved in the day-to-day life of the Madrona Grove community – including working occasional nursing shifts.
