Full Time or Part Time RCF Nurse Manager RN  - Residential Care Facility

 

At Holladay Park Plaza, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our residents! We are seeking a nurse to manage the clinical aspects of our 36 resident residential care facility (RCF) and work closely with our RCF administrator to oversee day to day clinical tasks. 

 

General Job Duties:

  • Supporting Caregiver Training (including medication) & Delegation
  • Coordinating Service Plan Management
  • Change of Conditions 
  • Other duties as assigned 

This position helps provide high quality services and amenities to assisted living level residents. This position has a shared on call rotation. 

 

Wages: $90,000 -$103,000 / annual salary 

Schedule: Monday-Friday

About you:

  • One-year plus experience in long-term care, home care, and/or assisted living preferred. 
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from accredited program, college, or university if required by the state in which you work.
  • Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting including performance management, discipline, program development and management of staff preferred.
