Mary's Woods is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and results-oriented sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director. The Sales Director is responsible for achieving and exceeding the community’s monthly and quarterly occupancy and sales targets, stewarding prospects through the sales pipeline, closing residency agreements accurately, and, when operations dictate, developing strategic relationships with referral sources.

This role oversees all aspects of sales performance, including planning, reporting, processes, quota and inventory management, and program optimization. The Sales Director ensures that sales and occupancy goals are met while monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize the return on investment in personnel, resources, and residences.

The Sales Director manages the Sales Team and serves as an active sales representative, sharing equal responsibility for the priority waitlist with the Sales Counselor.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO), the Sales Director collaborates with the CMCO to develop sales strategies that ensure sustainable, consistent growth for Mary’s Woods.

Mary's Woods is a non-profit senior living community founded in 2001. We offer independent living, assisted living, memory care and residential care in a park-like setting on 40 acres in Lake Oswego. Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years relevant work experience.
  • Previous working experience in a sales leadership role preferred.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health care, senior living, or related industry.
  • Familiarity sourcing and applying market research and web analytics.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on organizational success.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

The starting wage depends on experience and education. This position offers a competitive base salary and commission.
This is a full-time, exempt position typically scheduled to work Monday to Friday, with the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for special events and client tours.
