Friendsview is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to shape and execute a modern sales strategy across our vibrant continuing care retirement community (CCRC). From Independent Living to Health Services, you’ll lead a small but mighty team to grow occupancy, drive engagement, and elevate our mission.
You’ll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, admissions, and community development—making data-informed decisions and building authentic relationships with future residents. Your efforts will directly support seniors as they explore the next chapter of their lives.
Lead Strategy: Develop and execute smart, scalable sales strategies that grow occupancy and revenue across our full continuum of services.
Inspire Your Team: Coach and manage a high-performing team (2–3 direct reports) focused on marketing and admissions.
Own the Numbers: Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, conversion, and ROI. Set and report on KPIs that matter.
Build Campaigns: Launch creative marketing efforts across digital, print, events, and social media.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with health services, finance, and executive leadership to align on pricing, forecasting, and resident engagement.
Be the Face of Friendsview: Represent our community in presentations, events, and referral relationships with authenticity and professionalism.
Support Future Residents: Cultivate real relationships with intent list applicants—be a coach, a guide, and a bridge to their future at Friendsview.
You’re a strategic thinker with at least 5 years in sales/marketing leadership, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or CCRC environments.
You thrive on data and can build systems for tracking, reporting, and optimizing performance.
You’re a natural leader and mentor, excited to grow your team and yourself.
You bring compassion, creativity, and communication to everything you do.
You’re skilled with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and know how to turn insights into action.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, sales or related field.
5+ years of sales leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred).
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
Commitment to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
Successful background check, drug screen, and reference checks required.
