Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Day Shift | Full-Time | $19.57/hr+

Location: Newberg, OR
Schedule: Friday–Monday, Tuesday - Saturday, or Sunday - Thursday | 6:15 AM – 2:15 PM  (Weekends required)

Position Summary:

We’re hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our day shift (6:15 AM – 2:15 PM). In this role, you’ll support residents with activities of daily living while upholding dignity, choice, and independence.

Pay & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $19.57 - $22.60/hr. (DOE)

• Full-Time Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility

• Support residents with memory care needs (if applicable) using training provided

• Document care in electronic medical records

• Promote safety, respect, and well-being for every resident

• Participate in meaningful activities and community life

• Respond quickly to call lights and care needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Current CNA certification in Oregon (required)

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Compassionate, team-oriented, and respectful attitude

• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays

• Must pass a DHS background check and drug screening

Special Training Provided:

If working in our Memory Care Center, you’ll receive training in:

• Dementia care communication techniques

• Behavior redirection that preserves dignity

• Personalized engagement strategies
