RN - Memory Care

Rock of Ages is hiring a part time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Memory Care.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care RN to assist in our memory care program. This role is essential in providing high-quality care for residents with memory-related conditions, ensuring their dignity and well-being while fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff. The Memory Care RN will be responsible for implementing best practices in patient care, and working with a team of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities

• Follow the policies and procedures for Rock of Ages Retirement Community.
• Work closely with the Administrator developing care plans that involve health services.
• Quarterly MARS audits.
• Receive doctor's orders and check for accuracy.
• Communicate regularly with third party contract employees.
• Be available to consult with the RCM and Administrator.
• Perform needed delegation and assign tasks as required.
• Assist with assessments and evaluations of new and ongoing resident needs.
• Intermittent nursing care.
• Quarterly resident assessments
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license with Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN)
• Current Oregon drivers license.
• Prior experience working with residents in a life long community or memory care facility preferred

Pay: $50.00 - 65.00/hr

This is a part time position (20-25/hrs a week)
