Avencia In-Home Care by RoseVilla is seeking a full-time Administrator to lead our team and agency.

 

This position supervises RoseVilla’s In-Home Care Agency. The Avencia Administrator manages the daily operations ensuring efficient service delivery to our Avencia clients.  This position is an essential link in our continuum of care, connecting Residents in RoseVilla’s independent living community with our services when needed.  The Avencia Administrator is responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities for growth and expansion of Avencia services both on and off the RoseVilla campus.

  • An individual who can identify market opportunities, set growth targets and measure outcomes tied directly to service delivery.

  • Starting wage commensurate with experience.
  • This is a full-time, 40-hours-a-week, exempt position.

Education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • RN license preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in In-Home Care administration
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or director role in health care operations.
  • Prior experience growing and expanding the operational structure and size of an In-Home Care agency.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
