Make a career out of making a difference.

At Friendsview, we believe meaningful work happens when compassion and purpose meet. As our Sales & Marketing Counselor for Health and Wellness Direct Admits, you’ll be the guide who helps older adults—and the people who love them—navigate one of the most important transitions of their lives.

This isn’t high-pressure sales. It’s relationship-building, problem-solving, and supporting families during times of uncertainty. If you’re energized by human connection, love organizing moving pieces, and want your work to matter, this role is for you.

⭐ What You’ll Do

Lead the customer journey from first inquiry to move-in

  • Respond quickly (and kindly) to inquiries from families, hospitals, rehab centers, and referral partners.

  • Build trust through consistent, multi-channel follow-up (phone, text, email, video, in-person).

  • Have genuine discovery conversations to understand care needs, timing, and financial readiness.

  • Clearly explain Supportive Living, Memory Care, and Health Center services—no jargon, no pressure.

Drive admissions + occupancy with heart

  • Conduct tours that help families imagine life at Friendsview.

  • Guide prospects through the complete admissions process, from assessments to paperwork.

  • Meet occupancy and move-in goals for Supportive Living, Memory Care, and Health Center levels.

Collaborate cross-functionally

  • Partner with Nursing, Social Services, Therapy, Resident Services, and leadership to coordinate smooth, safe transitions.

  • Join interdisciplinary meetings to forecast availability and plan for incoming residents.

  • Communicate proactively about move-ins, care needs, or unique situations.

Support families during big life transitions

  • Provide compassionate, solutions-focused customer service.

  • Navigate emotional or stressful conversations with empathy and patience.

  • Help families understand care options, resources, and next steps.

Connect with the community

  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, social workers, and discharge planners.

  • Attend networking events and Friendsview-sponsored activities.

  • Leverage resident and family referrals to generate new leads.

  • Stay tuned in to local market trends and competitors.

Keep data clean + conversions strong

  • Document all interactions in Salesforce (our CRM home base).

  • Maintain hot-lead lists and occupancy forecasts.

  • Track inquiry-to-move-in metrics and prepare regular reports.

Who You Are

  • A natural relationship-builder who thrives on helping people.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong follow-through finisher.

  • Comfortable supporting families through emotional, high-stakes decisions.

  • Tech-comfortable: Microsoft suite + CRM (Salesforce preferred).

  • Independent worker + collaborative teammate.

What You Bring

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, Gerontology—or equivalent experience.
