Respond quickly (and kindly) to inquiries from families, hospitals, rehab centers, and referral partners.
Build trust through consistent, multi-channel follow-up (phone, text, email, video, in-person).
Have genuine discovery conversations to understand care needs, timing, and financial readiness.
Clearly explain Supportive Living, Memory Care, and Health Center services—no jargon, no pressure.
Conduct tours that help families imagine life at Friendsview.
Guide prospects through the complete admissions process, from assessments to paperwork.
Meet occupancy and move-in goals for Supportive Living, Memory Care, and Health Center levels.
Partner with Nursing, Social Services, Therapy, Resident Services, and leadership to coordinate smooth, safe transitions.
Join interdisciplinary meetings to forecast availability and plan for incoming residents.
Communicate proactively about move-ins, care needs, or unique situations.
Provide compassionate, solutions-focused customer service.
Navigate emotional or stressful conversations with empathy and patience.
Help families understand care options, resources, and next steps.
Build strong relationships with hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, social workers, and discharge planners.
Attend networking events and Friendsview-sponsored activities.
Leverage resident and family referrals to generate new leads.
Stay tuned in to local market trends and competitors.
Document all interactions in Salesforce (our CRM home base).
Maintain hot-lead lists and occupancy forecasts.
Track inquiry-to-move-in metrics and prepare regular reports.

Comfortable supporting families through emotional, high-stakes decisions.
Tech-comfortable: Microsoft suite + CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Independent worker + collaborative teammate.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, Gerontology—or equivalent experience.
Proven success in sales, admissions, or another customer-facing role.
Strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset.
Experience in senior living, Supportive Living, Memory Care, or healthcare admissions.
Understanding of licensed care regulations and operations.
Clear DHS background check, drug screen, and references.
Valid driver’s license + acceptable record (if driving for work).
Ability to provide employment eligibility documentation.
In-home visits and occasional evening/weekend appointments (as needed to support move-ins).
Primarily indoors in a climate-controlled office setting.
Regular interaction with individuals and families navigating major life transitions.
