The Holgate Community is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Administrator to join our excellent and talented team to provide excellent care to our residents in Friendship Health Center, a 100-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.
The Holgate Community has been providing a continuum of care for over 100 years. We are in a beautiful neighborhool in SE Portland. This position is perfect for an individual with strong leadership skills, personable, excellent listener and communicator. Someone who likes to guide and be part of a team, that is knowledgeable of the laws for providing care to our residents.

You must have an unrestricted Nursing Home Administrators license in Oregon, BA or Masters (preferred) degree in Health Administration. Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role in hospital, nursing home, or other related health care facility. Knowledgeable of Skilled Nursing Home regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to a SNF.
