We’re hiring a full-time evening Resident Assistant to join our Health Services Department. In this role, you’ll support older adults with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, and meals—always with respect, kindness, and a focus on honoring their independence and choices.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping residents with personal care (eating, grooming, bathing, dressing)

• Supporting a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment

• Building real relationships and making someone's day, every day

Schedule & Pay:

• Evening Shift: 2:15pm – 10:30 pm

• Schedule: Weekends Required​

  • Sunday - Thursday (4 positions available)

• Starting Pay: $17.00–$18.30/hr. (DOE)

• Shift Differential: + $2.00/hr. for evening shift

• Full-Time Position with Benefits

✅ What You Need:

• Be at least 18 years old

• A heart for helping others

• minimum 6+ months continuous caregiving experience

• Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team

• CPR/ 1st Aid certified a plus!
