Weekend Receptionist

Location: Friendsview | Schedule: Saturday 8am–5pm, Sunday 9am-3pm
Pay Range: $22.93 – $23.48/hr. (Depending on experience)
Status: Part-Time, Weekends required

As a weekend Receptionist on our Community Life team, you’ll help create a welcoming, organized, and uplifting experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Yes, you’ll be answering phones and managing calendars—but you’ll also be building relationships and making someone's day a little brighter.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly face and voice for residents, families, and guests
• Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
• Stay on top of details without losing the human touch
• Problem-solve on the fly while keeping your cool

• Quick to adapt, stay organized, and juggle multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Calm, collected, and kind—even on busy days

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for some college!)
• Some front desk or admin experience (ideal but not required)
